Get to Know Me

A native of Northern California, Kim Stofan went to high school in Folsom, California, and attended California State University, Sacramento. When she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in nursing, it was the certification of a career characterized by a caring, nurturing demeanor with an attention to detail and business-level organization — no different from the essential traits of the real estate professional she became in 2018.
 
Serving buyers and sellers in the Sacramento area, she is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals. She still works part time as a nurse and enjoys representing health care workers, as well as first-time buyers and sellers looking to move up.
 
Kim understands that buying or selling a home can be an exciting yet emotional event in her clients’ lives. She works hard to make the experience as easy and stress-free as possible. Driven by her personal values of empathy and service to others, she provides the utmost care to her clients, giving them the added assurance of making informed decisions and acquiring the perfect home for their family.
 
In her spare time, Kim loves reading, yoga, and doing anything outdoors. She married her high school sweetheart in 2010. They still live in the Sacramento area and have two young daughters.
