Aleksandr “Alex” Kondratenko’s first real estate experience was far from ideal — but it left him convinced that he could do better. He says, “Knowing that I have made a difference in someone’s life through my knowledge and expertise is the No. 1 motivating factor for me to learn and grow.”

 

After immigrating from Ukraine when he was 12, Alex grew up in Sacramento County and knows the local market well, and his educational and business background dovetailed perfectly with being a Realtor®. After studying health care and information technology in college, he became a health care investigator, and he credits that experience for his ability to establish and maintain lasting client relationships. “Attention to detail is a must,” he says. “Honesty, integrity, and dependability are my core values, both in personal and professional aspects.”

Being a certified web designer enables him to provide a wide scope of marketing outlets for all manner of properties. He’s also in close touch with the region’s sizable Slavic community, through real estate as well as his church. For all clients, he measures results in terms of their satisfaction.

 

In his spare time, Alex likes to stay active both physically and spiritually. He regularly helps with community food distribution by volunteering at Sacramento Food Bank and Family Services, and he is passionate about missionary work to help those less fortunate.
